Job Description
Processes personnel staff needs to ensure that business is not interrupted and employees perform their work efficiently and effectively. Maintains an up-to-date and accurate data management system. Supervises daily administrative operations of a department including establishing work priorities; assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations. Ensures all the rules of the company are oriented to company staff in detail. Ensures that all employees files & records are updated and complete. Follows up and ensure work consistency related to labor law & social insurance office. Conducts & follows up on the medical insurance status in terms of contract, medical cases, booklets, orientation, refunds, doctor visits, etc. Conducts upon request orientation to company staff about any new systems, policies & procedures, change in regulations or law. Supervises effective contract renewal. Prepares necessary reports for leaves, insurance status, turnover, new comers, etc.

Job Description
The Manager of Supply Chain Planning has overall responsibility for supply-related issues for Al Bardi Fine Africa. This individual will act as the champion and key point of contact, and will proactively seek to resolve all supply issues for the items under his management. The Manager will also be responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of manufacturing and distribution for a specific set of products. He will act as an owner of finished goods inventories and will work to achieve both customer satisfaction and other Fine business objectives. The Manager will serve as the single point of contact for resolving supply chain issues for the products in the business unit. He will work with many functional areas within Fine (including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Production and Finance) to resolve issues that may occur. He will ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials, spare parts and services at optimum cost. He will Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, and related workers involved in purchasing materials, products, and services. Role holder will be concerned with meeting the company materials and services procurement needs required for operational support activities.
